The subject of the e-mail will include։

1. Applicant´s name and surname
2. Applicant´s passport number

 

The body of the e-mail must contain the following text։

1. number of the vacancy

2. text “žadost o termín registrace ZK”

 

The e-mail attachment will include։

a scan of the applicant's passport data page.

 

It will be necessary to follow rule 1 unique e-mail address - 1 applicant.

 

Not accepted:

- bulk requests from a single email address

- e-mails sent before the date / time of the announced registration

- the reports lacked one of the above
