Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 13:00, 14:00 - 16:00

All the appointments are made upon the written request sent to the following email:

More then 5 people traveling together to the same place as an official, scientific, sport, dance and healing visit will get the appointment based on the request letter sent by the group leader to the following email: consulate.yerevan@embassy.mzv.cz

The consular fee (35 euro for short term Schengen visas) can only be paid at the Consular Section in cash or by bank card .

Dear applicants, those who registered for submitting visa applications to the Consular Section and cannot attend, please notify to the Consular Section about the cancelation of your appointment by sending an email to the following address: consulate.yerevan@embassy.mzv.cz (mentioning your name, surname, appointment date and time).
