In Ghana, the Czech Republic is financing a project called “Building capacity and promoting inclusive participation of youth in local governance and decision making process” implemented by the Youth Bridge Foundation. The project will be realized in the Eastern Region, but is intended to have a national impact.

In Burkina Faso, we are financing a project called “Awareness campaign for a conscious and responsible citizen participation in the municipal elections of 2021 in Burkina Faso”, which will be implemented in the Centre-Nord region by the Coalition Burkinabé pour les Droits de la Femme (CBDF) / Burkinabe Coalition for Women's Rights.

In Burkina Faso, we are also financing an “Outreach project against radicalism and violent extremism Central Plateau region” implemented by the Association Peace For All. The project will focus on prevention of radicalization and violent extremism, peaceful solution of disputes, social cohesion and dialogue.
