Presenting a Diplomatic Note with Request for Consultations

On 16 February 2015, a diplomatic note has been handed over to the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany with request to hold consultations under Article 7 of the Agreement between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Czech Republic on accounting for stocks of petroleum and petroleum products of the Czech Republic stored in the Federal Republic of Germany (Prague, 12 January 2004).

This note follows up to the diplomatic note of 4 February 2015 under which the German side has been provided with copies of documents of the Administration for National Material Reserves of the Czech Republic and with Legal Memorandum of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic on the obligations of the Federal Republic of Germany under the international and EU law in relation to this case.
