The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Manila wishes to inform you that new embassy email boxes have been set up for communication about visa and consular matters.

For communication in all visa matters, i.e. matters of Schengen visas, long-term visas and residence permits, regardless of the purpose of stay, including employee cards, please use the email address manila.visa(at)mzv.gov.cz.

For communication in consular matters, please use the email address manila.consular(at)mzv.gov.cz. Consular matters are all official matters that you can arrange at the embassy. So, for example, submitting an application for an emergency passport, submitting an application for a passport, verifying a signature, copy, translation, civil registry matters (registration of birth, marriage, death), citizenship matters (e.g. issuing a certificate of citizenship, other actions in the citizenship agenda).
