The meeting was opened by the Czech Foreign Minister Lubomir Zaoralek, then the Ambassadors were addressed by the Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka. As for other members of the Government, the Ambassadors had opportunity to discuss with the Minister of Industry and Trade Jan Mladek and  the Minister of Defence Martin Stropnicky.
German Minister Frank Walter Steinmeier took part at the meeting as a main foreign speaker.
On August 26, 6014 the Ambassadors were received by the President Milos Zeman.
