Creation of National Primary Standard for Length Measurement and Measurement of Time

Precise time and frequency information are essential for electric power companies, radio and television stations, telephone companies, air traffic control systems, computer networks, scientists etc. Similarly, precise measurement of length, dimensions, geometrical features, form deviations is critical for every engineering and industry. The Czech implementer will provide necessary instruments and training. In 2011-12, the project on time and frequency will be carried on, in 2013 on length measurement. Trilateral Memorandum of Understanding is being prepared to be signed by the Ministry of Finances, Mongolian Agency for Standardization and Measurement (MASM) and CzDA.
