The official notice board of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Kuala Lumpur is used for publishing documents which could not be delivered to the recipient in the standard way (personal takeover, through postal services or in another way usual for the particular place) as per the Art. No. 169b (4) of the Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreign Nationals in the Territory of the Czech Republic, as amended.

In accordance with the above specified provision, an official document is to be published for 15 days in a matter allowing remote access. After 15 days of being published in this way, the document is to be considered as successfully delivered.
