During the session the EB members discussed and adopted a number of resolutions and decisions, among them also a decision on the outcomes of the 2. International Conference on Nutrition (November 2014, Rome) prepared and submitted by the Czech Republic. The decision, which was co-sponsored by 49 countries, aims at mandating the WHO Secretariat to the implementation phase of the Rome Declaration commitments. It also recommends that the World Health Assembly, at its 68 session in May, endorses the outcome documents of the Conference, calls on Member States to implement commitments adopted by the Conference and requests the DG WHO to report regularly on implementation.  The decision will be available at the WHO website.
