The program was launched in the presence of Madam Elisa Reid, First Lady of Iceland, and Mr Bjorn Berge, Deputy Secretary General. Nineteen member states of the Council of Europe and Japan, non-member state having observer status, joined the charity event in support of Ukraine. All the funds raised will be donated to the PromoUkraina association for the purchase of electric generators for the hospital of Kharkiv.
