The email address is for bookings only and no queries will be answered. For enquires please use visa.london@embassy.mzv.cz

Requests are processed chronologically and strictly on first come first served basis and the applicant is always allocated nearest possible slot, unless they specify they wish to apply at a later date.

The email needs to contain following information to be considered.

The appointments are held during following days and times and are not offered on different days or time frames. The only exception to this rule is that slot for business visa application can be replaced by two slots for study visas during peak periods, when university acceptance offers are being made.

No appointments are offered on Czech national holidays. No appointments are offered during Summer Bank Holiday as the Embassy is annually closed for public due to security concerns connected to Notting Hill Carnival. During other UK Bank holidays, except of those which coincide with Czech national holidays, appointments are offered.

For the purpose of application proceedings for a long-term visa or a long-term residence permit is necessary that the applicant submits an extract from the Penal Register record issued by the state of which the foreign national is a citizen and also by the states in which the foreign national has had continuous residence for over 6 months in the last 3 years. The extract from the Penal Register record may be replaced by an affidavit, if the given state does not issue such a document. The obligation to submit an extract from the Penal Register record does not relate to a foreign national under 15 years old.
