3 / The applicant must prove the transfer of travel to a new date (confirmation of the transfer of meetings, conferences, etc. + Confirmation of the documents of accommodation and reservation of the ticket or ticket). In addition to these documents, the applicant must submit a new application form with a photograph, a travel document with the originally issued visa and travel medical insurance for a new term of journey.
